The new racing season at Saratoga Race Course also includes some new food options.

NewsChannel 13’s Subrina Dhammi, Chris Onorato, Christina Talamo and Rachel Tiede tasted menu items at the new Jim Dandy Bar, including a smashburger, bao buns, a spicy chicken sandwich nachos, and new vegetarian options like tacos and a vegan carrot link.

Chef Kenneth Hardiman oversees these new creations. He says he’s been doing this for 25 years, and used to be the executive chef for the Milwaukee Bucks.
