New video shows an August 2021 fight on Caroline Street in Saratoga Springs that led to a man’s death.
The video shows Mark French, wearing orange, moving from the left to confront one of the Garafalo. The other brother, wearing a white T-shirt, punches French in the head from behind.
French died at Albany Medical Center.
Jordan Garafalo pleaded guilty late last month to assault and will be sentenced to three years in prison.
The proposed sentence is not sitting well with French’s friends and Michael Phillips, the Democrat running against District Attorney Karen Heggen.
