New York State Museum carousel returns after three-year absence

A beloved Capital Region landmark is once again open to the public at the New York State Museum.
The antique carousel reopened on Thursday, after extensive upgrades and repairs over the past three years.
The ride itself was first built between 1912 and 1916.
The carousel will be open to the public Tuesday through Sunday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
