It's been eight months since a little girl died in a fire in Whitehall and today we've learned there are no criminal charges in the case.

No charges will be filed in the Whitehall fire that killed a 10-year-old girl.

Aryonna Jabot was killed in a house fire on Maple Street in Whitehall on May 8. Her family members were able to escape the fire.

Washington County District Attorney Tony Jordan tells NewsChannel 13 that no charges have been filed in the case.
