March Madness was good for business in Albany.
The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament brought in $6.7 million in sales, Albany County Executive Dan McCoy said.
That nearly doubles what was originally projected.
The first and second round games were played at MVP Arena on March 17 and March 19.
