Opening arguments set for Thursday in Princetown double murder trial
Fiebka, 19, is being held in connection with two deaths in Princetown.
Opening arguments are set to begin Thursday in the trial of the Schenectady County man accused of fatally shooting his mother and her partner in 2022.
Nicholas Fiebka, 21, is on trial for two counts of first-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and weapons charges.
Fiebka is accused of killing Alesia Wadsworth, 60, and William Horwedel, 61, at their 1155 Reynolds Road home back in November 2022.
Fiebka allegedly fired at least 44 shots in 30 seconds.
The jury was seated on Wednesday afternoon.
