Parolee facing drug, gun charges in Rensselaer County

A man has been arrested, accused of having a high-capacity 9 mm magazine. He was on parole at the time of his arrest, investigators said.

Jayvon Daniels is facing weapon and drug charges, the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office said. He was arraigned and taken to jail without bail.

He had an open felony case out of Troy on the same charge.
