Several parties kept Troy Police busy all weekend long. Police stated that these parties took place in a building on 4th St.
People in the area told us that the parking lot was overflowing with people, and that they can’t even imagine what it was like inside. Police shut the party down and officers were needed to help disperse the crowd safely from the area.
While police did not give an exact number of people in the crowd, they told us that the party took place at the address 50 Fourth St. At one point in time, this space was once the Union National Bank.
The building’s current name is YouniqueU. According to their website, it’s a wedding venue that had a soft opening back in August.
We reached out to the owners of YouniqueU, who was advised by a lawyer not to comment.
