Pittsfield woman expected to plead guilty to animal cruelty
Nearly one year after allegedly abandoning 15 cats during a winter storm, a Pittsfield woman is expected to plead guilty.

Kelly Hathaway and Arthur Raney are facing 15 counts of animal cruelty.
The pair are accused of leaving more than a dozen cats on back roads in Richmond and Lanesborough, during a snowstorm.
We have a call out to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.
