Police: Albany bar patron slashes employee
An Albany man is accused of slashing an employee at a bar.
Albany Police responded to McGeary's around 10:45 p.m. for a report of an assault. Police said Harvey Robinson, 28, was asked to leave the bar. Robinson allegedly fought with the bar employee. Robinson broke a glass he had in his hand and slashed the victim outside the bar, police said.

Albany Police responded to McGeary’s at Clinton Square around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday for a report of an assault. Police said Harvey Robinson, 28, was asked to leave the bar. Robinson allegedly fought with the bar employee. Robinson broke a glass he had in his hand and slashed the victim outside the bar, police said.
The employee was treated on scene and taken to Albany Medical Center.
Robinson was charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Albany City Criminal Court.
