Police: Albany man pushed, robbed victim
An Albany man is accused of pushing someone to the ground and robbing him.
It happened just before noon Thursday in the area of Clinton Avenue and North Lake Avenue.
Naim Cook, 43, allegedly approached the victim and hit him, injuring his hands and knee, Albany Police said.
Cook left the scene with the property but was caught nearby a short time later.
The victim was treated for cuts.
Cook was charged with second-degree robbery. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
