Police arrest Vermont woman for erratic driving

Vermont State Police arrested 39-year-old Michelle Johnson from Pownal, VT for erratic driving and almost causing multiple crashes while driving on Route 7A in Arlington.

Police received a complaint that stated what was discovered to be Johnson’s vehicle, crossing the double yellow line multiple times, and almost causing several crashes.

The caller added that they were run off the roadway by this vehicle, and they followed her vehicle back to a residence in Manchester.

Johnson was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on October 28, 2024 for the charge of negligent operation.
