Police: Cambridge man tried to lure child

A Washington County man is accused of trying to lure a child in Vermont.

Richard H. Wulff, 35, of Cambridge, also allegedly disseminated indecent material to the minor, Vermont State Police said.

Investigators were notified on July 22, 2022, and recently arrested him.

Wulff was released on his own recognizance. He is due in Vermont Superior Court-Bennington Criminal Division on Thursday at 12:30 p.m.

New York State Police and Kentucky State Police assisted in the investigation.
