Police: Chester woman hit person with vehicle

A Chester woman is accused of striking a person with her vehicle on purpose.

State Police were called to a home in North Creek just before 7 p.m. on June 28. Thul and the victim were arguing, police said.

Thul then allegedly hit the victim with her vehicle. The victim left in her own vehicle.

The victim was found at Glens Falls Hospital with serious injuries. The person was transferred to Albany Medical Center, where at last check they were in critical but stable condition.

Thul was charged with first-degree assault. She was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail. She is now out on bail.
