Police: Fulton man had sexual contact with child

A Fulton man is accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 13.

Joseph S. Delaney, 42, was charged with course of sexual conduct against a child.

The crime took place in fall 2022 in Schoharie County, police said.

Delaney was arrested at the Schoharie County Courthouse and transported to the State Police Cobleskill for processing. He was transported to the Schoharie County Jail to await arraignment.
