Police: Halfmoon woman violated protection order, damaged property

A Halfmoon woman is accused of violating an order of protection.

Deputies responded to a residence in the town of Clifton Park just after 3 a.m. on Monday for a domestic incident. Megan H. Tatum, 39, allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Tatum has a previous conviction within the last five years.

She was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt. Tatum was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
