Police are investigating a drowning in Milton.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received a call just after 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday reporting what appeared to be a dead body in the Kayaderosseras Creek in the Axe Factory Preserve. Investigation into the call led to the discovery of 40-year-old male who was deceased in the water.

The Sheriff’s Office’s dive team removed the male from the water. The matter is still under investigation.
