Police investigating Melrose crash

Police are investigating a serious crash in Melrose, Rensselaer County.
The crash happened on Thursday morning near the intersection of Route 40 and Northline Drive in Melrose, according to the Melrose Fire Department.
Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to remove a person from a vehicle. The victim was flown to the hospital.
It’s not clear how bad anyone was hurt.
The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
