Police: Man threw garbage can lid at window of Albany’s Lark Tavern
A man accused of throwing garbage can lid through the business of the Lark Street Tavern.
A man is accused of throwing a garbage can lid at the window at Albany’s Lark Tavern.
Aaron Wooley, 33, broke the window around 8:40 Sunday evening, police said.
He was arrested late Wednesday morning near the Market 32 on Delaware Avenue.
Wooley, who is homeless, was charged with one count of second-degree criminal mischief and sent to Albany County Jail.
