There was no foul play involved with a body found in the Hudson River earlier this week, Troy Police said.

Meantime, the body has been identified as Justin Musto, 32.

His body was recovered in the area of the Madison Street Pier, and pulled onto land near the docks of the Green Island Bridge on Wednesday.
