A Pittsfield man is accused of driving drunk and crashing his car.  

James Newberry, 55, rolled over his Chevrolet Tahoe near the intersection with Morgan Street just before 5 p.m. Saturday, according to NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle.

Newberry was not hurt during the crash but got minor injuries when he tried to exit the vehicle.  

This is Newberry’s second operating under the influence charge, according to the Eagle
