Police: Queens man sexually assaulted teen

A Queens man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old child.
State Police received a report of a missing child from Granville. Investigators found Carlos A. Cabello Gonzalez, 33, with the child in the village of Granville, police said.
Cabello Gonzalez allegedly communicating with the child via an online app and they arranged to meet.
Cabello Gonzalez was charged with second-degree rape. He was taken to Washington County Jail to await arraignment.
