State Police have released the names of four men involved in a stabbing on Wednesday in Columbia County. It happened at around 3:30 a.m. in the area of 354 Route 217 in the town of Claverack.

State Police have released the names of four men involved in a stabbing on Wednesday in Columbia County.

It happened at around 3:30 a.m. in the area of 354 Route 217 in the town of Claverack. State Police said troopers found four men with stab wounds. James R. Coxon, 35; Kyjuan Hotaling, 21; Oziahj Stroman, 19, all of Hudson; and William M. Metz, 35, of Claverack, were taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment.

Police said there is no ongoing threat to public safety.

The investigation is ongoing, and more details will be released when available.
