Police in Shaftsbury Bennington County have arrested a man for allegedly violating a restraining order.

Cotie Stanley, 31, broke a temporary abuse prevention order, according to Vermont State Police.
Stanley was at the home of someone who he had been ordered to stay away from, according to troopers.

He was arrested and a court appearance was set.
