The northbound lanes of the Northway between Exit 10 and 11 are back open after cleanup was completed from a crash that spilled sand.
All northbound lanes of the Northway between Exit 10 and Exit 11 have reopened after an early morning crash that spilled sand and tied up traffic.
The crash happened around 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, according to New York State Police. Travel was reduced to one lane for many hours to clean up the sand and remove the commercial vehicle that rolled over.
No further information was available from police as to the cause of the crash.
