Police: Troy man sexually assaulted child younger than 11

A Troy man is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 11.

State Police said they received information last month about a past sexual assault. Zachary A. Clark, 26, allegedly sexually assaulted the child on more than one occasion in 2018 and 2019 in the town of Ballston, police said.

Clark was charged with first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree sexual abuse. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond or $100,000 partially secured bond.
