Police: Westchester County man posed as lawyer, took money from member of Alcoholics Anonymous

A Westchester County man is accused of posing as an attorney and taking $7,500 from a victim.

State Police said David Koraca, 56, of Somers, misrepresented himself as an attorney on a Los Angeles-based virtual Alcoholics Anonymous group. Koraca is also known as David Radcliffe and David Corazza, according to police.

Koraca was charged with grand larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Somers Town Court at a later date.

Police are asking anyone who believes they may be a victim of similar crimes allegedly committed by Koraca are asked to call 914-769-2600.
