Police: Woman was nearly 3x too drunk to drive in Duanesburg

A Tompkins County woman is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.

Faith C. Seager, 44, of Groton, was stopped on April 11 at around 2:38 p.m. on I-88 in Duanesburg. Her blood alcohol concentration was 0.23%, State Police said. The legal limit is 0.08%.

Seager was charged with DWI. She was issued tickets and is due in Duanesburg Town Court on May 28.
