Queensbury man faces drugged driving charge after crash

A Queensbury man is accused of driving under the influence of drugs.

Warren County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a crash on Corinth Road near Essex Court at around 7:50 p.m. on Monday. An investigation found that Andrew R. Leombruno, 37, was impaired by drugs, deputies said.

Investigators searched the car and found numerous narcotics, they said.

Leombruno refused to do a chemical test, investigators said. He was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

He was held in police lockup pending arraignment.
