Red Cross aids two people after fire in Canajoharie

The American Red Cross says they provided immediate emergency aid to one adult and one child after a fire that happened early Sunday morning in Canajoharie in Montgomery County.

They say it happened on Vandeusenville Road.

The Red Cross says they provided financial assistance, which can be used for necessities such as shelter, food, and clothing. They also offered emotional support and comfort kits containing personal care items and blankets.
