Rensselaer Rail Station renamed for late Sen. Joe Bruno

The Rensselaer Rail Station has a new name – the Joseph L. Bruno Station.
The official announcement was made on Tuesday morning.
The change is to recognize the former senator’s dedication to transportation and the role he played in building the facility over two decades ago.
Bruno passed away in 2020 after a battle with cancer. He was 91.
