Repairs being made after transformer explosion

National Grid says crews will continue working on repairing a transformer that exploded in Schenectady.

It happened Thursday night.
After repairs are made, National Grid says there will be an investigation into the cause of the underground explosion.
Police say traffic on State Street will remain open in both directions, but some parking on the south side of the street may be restricted until crews are done.
