Albany's Madison Theatre is getting ready to reopen, the Times Union reports.
Nearly seven months after showing what seemed to be its final movie, Madison Theatre is reopening.
That’s according to the Times Union.
The newspaper reports a local businessman is partnering with a common council member to fund to make it all possible.
The theatre’s restaurant and retail space will also reopen.
The plan is to have all three spaces operating before the end of the year.
Along with movies, Madison Theatre is also planning to host live performances and karaoke nights.
