JMJ Holdings is now considering the site as potential housing for senior care, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report.
That would include nursing, memory care, and assisted living.
JMJ Holdings told the Eagle several factors – including an oversaturated cannabis market – played into the decision.
