ROAD BACK OPEN: Accident on Interstate 90 westbound between exits 9 and 8, investigation ongoing

East Greenbush Police say that Interstate 90 westbound (towards Albany) between exits 9 (East Greenbush) and 8 (Defreestville) was shut down as of early Saturday morning due to a traffic accident.

The road is now back open, as of Saturday afternoon.

They tell us that the New York State Police are investigating the crash.
