Saratoga BLM co-founder set to appear in court

The co-founder of Saratoga Black Lives Matter is set to appear in court Tuesday.

You may remember Lexis Figuereo is facing charges for disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration for using his voice during a Saratoga Springs city council meeting back in April.

Additionally, Figuereo has filed suit against the city, alleging excessive force by police during a 2020 protest.
