A Saratoga County man is accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.

Justin M. Nielsen, 27, of Malta, has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse.

Investigators received information on Nov. 13 that Nielsen had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 in 2020 while in the town of Milton, State Police said in a news release on Monday.

Nielsen was found in Saratoga Springs and arrested on Jan. 5. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
