The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says it’s actively searching for the man who stabbed someone in the neck in Schuylerville Friday night, but Sheriff Mike Zurlo says this afternoon there’s no threat to the public.

The stabbing happened on Myers Lane. Investigators say there was an argument between two people who know each other and one of them stabbed the other in the neck.

The sheriff says the male victim was rushed to Albany Med with serious injuries.

Police are not identifying the man they’re looking for, which has some people in the Morgan’s Run neighborhood reaching out to NewsChannel 13 saying they’re on edge.
