Saratoga Springs DPW commissioner admits to disorderly conduct after suspension

The Deputy Commissioner of Public Works in Saratoga Springs has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

The Deputy Commissioner of Public Works in Saratoga Springs has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

Joseph O’Neill had pleaded to the charge related to a city plumber working on a relative’s home on city time.

He was previously suspended for five days without pay.

O’Neill’s previous boss, former DPW Commissioner Jason Golub, was charged with official misconduct after O’Neill asked the same city plumber to work on Golub’s home after hours.
