Sixteen formal charges of misconduct have been filed against Saratoga Springs Fire Chief Joseph Dolan.
Dolan has been on paid administrative leave since February, accused of double-dipping, meaning he was working for two departments at once.
Dolan has been with the department for 25 years.
With the filing of these charges, Dolan’s employment status goes from paid administrative leave to suspension without pay.
