Saratoga Springs man charged with child pornography possession

A Saratoga Springs man is behind bars, after allegedly possessing child pornography.

Christopher Barry, 41, was arrested and arraigned in Albany on Thursday.

Between June 2021 and January 2022, Barry received child pornography, according to the indictment.

Then, in February of this year, he’s accused of having two phones containing child pornography.
Barry faces five to 20 years in prison, if convicted.

He is being held in jail, pending trial.
