Saratoga Springs Rental Rights Alliance held a press conference on the steps of city hall today.

The conference is in reaction to a recently proposed bill by city council that would limit short-term rental owners to lease to visitors of Saratoga. Ally Hoy talks to alliance members, and Commissioner of Accounts Dillon Moran, who proposed the registry.
