Schaghticoke man accused of child pornography possession

A man from Schaghticoke is accused of possessing child pornography.
Police say Joseph Forhan, 48, possessed and promoted images consistent with child sexual exploitation online.
He was arraigned in Schaghticoke Town Court and is in the Rensselaer County Jail.
