Schenectady man gets life in prison for murder of mother, partner

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Nicholas Fiebka, who was convicted of murdering his mother Alesia Wadsworth and her partner William Horwedel at their Princetown home in November 2022 will spend life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Fiebka was found guilty at the beginning of June in Schenectady County Court. Fiebka’s attorney, Mark Sacco, had argued he had been dealing with mental health issues for years and had been losing control.
