Sheriff: Halfmoon woman violated protection order for second time in three weeks

A 19-year-old Halfmoon woman was arrested for the second time three weeks for allegedly violating an order of protection.

A 19-year-old Halfmoon woman was arrested for the second time three weeks for allegedly violating an order of protection.

Victoria L. Bondari is accused of pinching and pushing a person. She also pulled their shirt and grabbed their wrist, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Bondari was charged with criminal contempt and harassment. She was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail. 

Bondari was arrested after a domestic incident on March 9 on Eastwood Drive in the town of Halfmoon. She allegedly kicked and scratched a person, also in violation of an order of protection.
