A Montgomery County man is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a young girl.

Ryan P. Santore, 33, of Fort Plain, allegedly had been communicating with the juvenile through various social media platforms for about a year. The two then began meeting in person, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Santore allegedly had given cannabis to the juvenile. He is also accused of having inappropriate contact during one of these encounters, police said.
