A 75-year-old Slingerlands man could spend the rest of his life in prison after pleading guilty to sexual exploitation of a child.
Daniel Fuino admitted in U.S. District Court on Friday, July 26 that he babysat a young girl at his residence between the summer of 2022 and April 2023, using the child to produce child pornography.

Daniel Fuino admitted in U.S. District Court on Friday, July 26 that he babysat a young girl at his residence between the summer of 2022 and April 2023, using the child to produce child pornography. Fuino started using the victim when she was 6 years old, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
Fuino agreed to plead guilty in exchange for a recommended sentence of 15 years. He also faces a fine of up to $250,000 and must pay restitution.
