One of Saratoga Springs’ very own is the new defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins.
Anthony Weaver is a 1998 graduate of Saratoga Springs High School. He played seven seasons for the NFL, both for the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans. Weaver then shifted to coaching and is expected to be a head coach soon.
Weaver told NewsChannel 13 that his favorite memory of Saratoga Springs is the people.
“That town and the people in it helped raise me and mold me into who I am,” he said.
Weaver is a married father of two children.
