SPAC announces 2024 Philadelphia Orchestra season
Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) has announced the return of The Philadelphia Orchestra for the 2024 season.
The three-week stretch of performances will begin on July 31 and run through August 17.
SPAC announced that tickets will be available beginning February 9 at 10:00 a.m. for members (tiered by level), and on February 12 at 10:00 a.m. for the general public.
This summer will feature pieces including Tchaikovsky, Strauss, Schumann, Dvořák, as well as a few special guests including Yo-Yo Ma.
International conductors are also on the roster for this summer’s performances.
Film nights will also make a return, as films such as Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Disney’s The Lion King will project on the arena screens while the orchestra performs the music live.
