A shooting death in Saratoga County is now under investigation by the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

Anthony Zaremski was shot and killed after opening fire on police officers executing a search warrant at an apartment on Foxwood Drive in Clifton Park back in May.

Zaremski shot and injured two Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies.

New York state law requires all civilian deaths involving police officers to be investigated by the New York Attorney General’s Office of Special Investigation.
